Charger Test for Electric Scooters
Charger test aims to inspect the charging performance of the charger after 72 hours of continuous working.The test shows the charger works fine after 72 hours.
Low Temperature Test for Electric Scooters
Low temperature test aims to measure the impact to the performance of electric scooters at extremely low temperature with a test duration of 3 hours.The test shows there’s no UV falling off and no crack on the plastic surfaces,which means extreme temperatures have little impact to our plastic parts’ performance,not to mention when they’re used under normal temperatures.
Master Carton Bursting Strength Test for Electric Scooters
Bursting strength or burst resistance is a property of a plastic, paper or corrugated board -used in packaging- and is generally a guide to the strength of that plastic, paper or corrugated board. With a burst tester you define the pressure needed to burst a plastic, paper or paperboard.The test for random master carton paper board sample shows it’s peak value reaches up to 10~11 kgf which meets the standards and requirements of both our company and customers.

Falling ball impact test aims to inspect the impact a 2.5kg steel ball imposes to the deck after freely falling from 1 meter high,so as to inspect the durability of the plastic deck.If the deck breaks into pieces,it proves the plastic deck is defective.If the deck breaks with just cracks then it’s acceptable.The test shows the deck only has some cracks which proves this e-scooter has high durability and can sustain normal impact during daily use.

Cross-Cut Test
The cross-cut test is a method of determining the resistance of UV coating to separation from the deck.Use the special tool to cut a right angle lattice pattern into the coating,penetrating all the way to the deck.Then use the special adhesive tape to remove the impurities.If the UV coating does not peel off,it’s a PASS.
Climb Test for Electric Scooter-S5 Prototype Sample
Climb test aims to test whether the motor will burn down when the tester keeps climbing up and down a slope(around 15°),until the battery drains out. All the battery,motor,and controller have temperature protection,under which the controller will restrict the current output when the temperature reaches up to 95℃. The test shows the motor works normally after high intensity riding,and the temperatures of battery,motor and controller haven’t exceeded 95℃,that all components work normally and smoothly,which shows it’s a qualified prototype sample.
